Join Suffolk Youth Music

 If you are joining Suffolk Youth Music activities, please fill in the Personal Information form below.

After a trial session we will provide you with all the information that you need to know about your child's activity/activities. If you have any questions please contact the Music Service.

Cost of membership

A payment of £60 is required per member for each term of activities. You can pay:

  • Online by credit/debit card
  • by cheque
  • in cash
  • by postal order
  • by remission
Remissions

You can apply by remission if you receive:

  • Income Support
  • Income based Job Seeker’s Allowance
  • Income related Employment and Support Allowance
  • Guarantee element of State Pension Credit
  • Child Tax Credit but not the Working Tax Credit and have an annual income (as assessed by HM Revenues & Customs) that does not exceed £16,190
  • Support under Part VI of the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999
  • Universal Credit

Remissions automatically apply for Children in Care.

If your child is joining an activity, please complete this online form for the Academic year 2018-2019.

County Ensemble membership

To apply for membership of a County Ensemble you must complete the County Ensemble application form. Closing date: October 2018.
